Indeed in their stories, there is a lesson for men of understanding. It (the Qur''an) is not a forged statement but a confirmation of the Allâh''s existing Books which were before it [the Taurât (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel) and other Scriptures of Allâh] and a detailed explanation of everything and a guide and a Mercy for the people who believe.Yusuf-12:111

Biographies of prominent sahabah (companions) of the Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wassalam) as recorded in various traditions (ahadith). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do not curse my Companions. Whoever curses them, the curse of Allah and the angels and all people is on him. Allah will not accept any recompense or counterweight from him."
The Prophet is closer to the believers than their ownselves, and his wives are their (believers'') mothers (as regards respect and marriage)..[Al-ahzab -32:6] The lives of the Mothers of the Believers and the Pious Muslim Women at the time of the Prophet Muhammad should be an inspiration and stimulation for the hearts of Muslims today. Excelling in religious, social and political activities many received the glad tidings on this world that their destination would be paradise. They left for us the gift of example; integrity, loyalty, honesty and modesty. They are our example to show humanity the unique status of Muslim women in Islam.
"When a hadeeth is authentic, then it is my Madhhab."
It would be beneficial if we gave some of these here, for perhaps this will admonish or remind those who follow the opinion of the Imaams - nay, of those far below the Imaams in rank - blindly[TAQLEED], sticking to their madhhabs or views as if these had descended from the heavens!
The scholars of hadith, in their attempt to safeguard and record traditions, traveled to the remotest corners of the Islamic world. They had proved powerful memories, hearts filled with great love for the hadith of the Mesenger of Allah , and what could almost be called an obsession to gather this knowledge and preserve it for later generations.
